Orders are packed in an environment where pets are present. This means that there may be contact with your items or perhaps a random puppy hair may make it into your order. If you are allergic to dogs or dog dander, please do not order from this site.

We do our very best to make sure your items meet your preference specifications whenever possible, however we cannot guarantee that every item will be your favorite. We do not allow exclusions from specific charm categories. If you do receive an item that you do not enjoy, we encourage you to gift it forward to someone who will. Returns are not accepted unless a product is damaged in shipping.

If a product is damaged, you have 3 days from receiving the product to contact us and describe the issue. We will do our best to resolve it.
